Ash Food Fayre
This case was heard by magistrates today. This follows an incident whereby a member of staff lost his right hand in an unguarded mincing machine. The magistrates decided that they had insufficient powers to deal with the case and it has been bumped up to the crown court for sentencing. The HSW S2 offence will now be heard on the 16 Feb 2015

Just on way to Birmingham magistrates to hear this case. Member of staff in a small shop lost his fingers in an unguarded mincing machine. The injuries were so severe that he had his hand amputated.
